ELENA LARRAÑAGA ZULUETA

Mrs. Larrañaga heads the Madrid office and is a specialist in matters of exchange control. She graduated in law at the University of San Sebastián and joined De Fortuny in 1983. Originally she specialised in company law, in which she obtained a Masters. She is an expert in administrative law and relations with Spanish public institutions, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court in defence of our clientes' interests.

She is in permanent contact and is very familiar with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which permits her to successfully negotiate the necessary permits for repatriating funds derived from foreign investment.
