Beatriz graduated in law from the University of Málaga in 1998 and since then has concentrated on civil matters, condominium law, and processing of public deeds.

Upon joining De Fortuny she entered the litigation department, specialising in civil and criminal actions before the Courts of Law, where she appears with considerable frequency. One of her specialities is divorce proceedings and separations.
