ANTONIO DE FORTUNY Y MAYNÉS

Currently the President of ABOGADOS ASOCIADOS DE FORTUNY S.L. member of the Catalan nobility and grandson of the founders of the firm in 1897.

Mr. De Fortuny is a specialist in urbanistic law, likewise company law and private international contracting.

He initiated his studies at Madrid University and subsequently at the University of Barcelona , where he graduated in 1958.having attended courses in law at the Universities of Harvard and Oxford .

He speaks five languages fluently having lived and worked in the USA , England . France , Switzerland and Sweden and has had numerous articles published in foreign legal and f inancial journals.

His commercial experience led him to serve as President, Executive Director and Board Member of important multinational companies.

Apart from his work as a Lawyer. Mr. De Fortuny held the post of Consul in Barcelona for the Principality of Monaco for fourteen years and was President of the Catalan Fencing Federation.
