ALEJANDRO DE FORTUNY GAMACHE

Alejandro forms part of the fourth generation of lawyers in this firm. He was educated in Spain and the United States , currently enjoying the nationality of both countries. He has completed courses in the American Universities of Andover and Harvard and at Clare College , Oxford.

In 1989 he graduated as lawyer from the University of Málaga . Prior to becoming Vice President of the firm, post he currently holds, he was responsible for direction of the offices in London, Madrid and Barcelona, finally destined in 1994, on a definitive basis, to the Marbella office which, since 1982 had become the flagship of the group.

Alejandro is a great negotiator and as lawyer is dedicated to the real estate sector and to the legal restructuring of foreign investments to minimise their fiscal liability always within permitted legality. Currently; he is adviser to various developers and constructors.
